We all know how stiff our bodies can feel coming off a long airplane ride! As an expat I travel a few times a year on long 14-hour flights to travel between Abu Dhabi, where I live, and Toronto, my home city in Canada. This is a gentle practice to target specific areas that get tight during these long plane rides: our shoulders, low back, hip flexors and calves.
